Everyone is aware of and dealing with the COVID-19 situation in our area. While the threat to each of us is minimal, we wanted to let you know what changes we are making to protect our clients and staff.
We are enhancing our sanitation in our treatment rooms and common areas. To limit the spread of germs, we will not be greeting our clients with a handshake before or after treatments.
We will be washing our hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, before and after treatments. We are asking clients to do their part by washing their hands in the restrooms thoroughly before and after their treatments to help protect other clients and staff.
We encourage clients who have been feeling ill or running a fever to stay home and reschedule your treatment for a future date. If a client arrives to the medspa showing flu-like symptoms we may find it necessary to ask the client to reschedule their treatment in order to protect other clients and staff. We appreciate our understanding if this occurs.
In accordance with CDC guidelines, if a client has traveled outside the US, we ask that the client postpone services for at least 14 days.
We are opening on an appointment-only basis at this time to limit contact and allow for extra sanitation. We ask that when you arrive, please stay in your vehicle and call to let us know that you have arrived.
We have made a few minor adjustments to assist in limiting the spreading of germs such as discontinuing the use of sheets and blankets in our treatment areas. We apologize for this temporary inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
